Dear Exway Partners & Contents Creators,

To ensure fairness and reward creators who produce valuable and authentic content, Exway is updating its global Creator Partnership Policy. 

This new policy focuses on electric skateboard promotion — discounts and commissions apply only to skateboard products, excluding accessories and peripherals.

1. Partnership Levels & Benefits

Pro Creator Partner (Preferred Collaboration)

• Publish at least one original piece of content per month (review, vlog, tutorial, or riding experience).
• Customer Discount: 3% OFF (skateboards only)
• Creator Commission: 5%
• Benefits: Eligible for product testing, official exposure, and long-term collaboration.

Promo Sharer Partner (Standard Collaboration)

• Occasionally share Exway content.
• Customer Discount: $15 OFF (skateboards only)
• Creator Commission: 3%
• Suitable for early-stage creators.

Inactive Partner (Not Encouraged)

• No original content, only shares codes.
• Not eligible for commission or official partnership

2. Policy Implementation

• All discounts apply only to skateboard products, excluding accessories.
• The previous policy is now invalid, effective from November 1, 2025.
• Creators can confirm their collaboration level by sending content links to bd@exwayboard.com.
• Creators who do not contact Exway will be automatically classified as Promo Sharer or Inactive.
• If you don’t yet have your personal discount code, please contact us proactively.
• From January 1, 2026, Exway will prioritize resources for active creators.
• Exway reserves the right of final interpretation.
• During major seasonal promotions such as Halloween and Black Friday, your discount codes will remain valid. 
• The discount rate for your followers will not change; however, the creator’s commission during these periods will be 50% of the regular rate. This applies to all levels of creators.

3. Safety Content Guidelines

Exway always puts rider safety first.

• Only content showing proper safety measures (e.g., wearing a helmet) will be officially recognized.
• If your video includes old clips without helmets, please add a disclaimer.
• Rider safety is the foundation of all collaborations.

4. Exway Official Support

• Content Exposure: High-quality content may be featured on Exway’s official platforms.
• Early Product Access: Pro Creator Partners will test and review new models first.
• Long-Term Collaboration: Opportunities for brand events and co-branded projects.
